Booking FAQs

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome for daily pottery painting but we recommend booking online to guarantee your spot, especially at weekends. Workshops and events must be booked in advance.

What's included in the price?

Everything - your pottery piece, all paints and brushes, glazing and kiln-firing. There are no hidden extras. Your finished piece is ready to collect within 14 days on average.

Can I book for a group or private event?

Absolutely! We love hosting hen parties, birthdays, team-building days and family gatherings. WhatsApp us and we'll put together a tailored package for your group.

What is your cancellation policy?
